Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, please order carefully to ensurer you select the right product for your need. All special orders or customised orders such as shock absorbers are unable to be returned or canceled once ordered, please talk to our team if you need assistance prior to ordering.
In the rare circumstance that we have provided the wrong product to you we will return the item and exchange it for the correct item or issue a credit or refund.
Warranty Disclaimer
All goods are sold and assumed to be used for Motorsport off road purposes, There is no warranty on motorsport racing equipment once used BUT we will replace or refund any goods that are deemed to have a manufacturing defect that will cause the goods not to perform as intended. Some highly polished finished my have slight cosmetic wear from transport and handling prior to use receiving the goods, if this is a concern for you please notify us in advance of your online order.

Our $30 Flat Rate Shipping Australia wide makes it easy and simple to order online, The exclusions to this offer are Complete cars, Chassis, Panels or Panel Kits, Tires, Methanol or any other items that can not be shipped via StarTrack Express
*Chassis / Complete Cars and large bulky items will require alternate shipping quoted specifically for each customers location and timeline. We do not allow customers own freight companies or forwarders.
Pickup is always FREE arranged by appointment only at our showroom in Postmans Ridge. Goods ordered are generally dispatched within 5 working days from cleared payment.
